Job Overview:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Resolve complex technical escalations involving equipment malfunction and on-wafer issues.
- Provide on-site coaching and remote support to Field Service Operations (FSO) personnel.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and develop comprehensive action plans for critical malfunctions.
- Collaborate with BU engineers to publish Technical Lessons Learned and troubleshooting guides.
- Support NPI (New Product Introduction) development and early-stage product lifecycles.
Eligibility Criteria: Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree (or equivalent) in a technical field.
- 4โ7 years of specialized Semiconductor Etch experience.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, VSPI, and ARK tools.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex, sensitive technical information.
- Strong relationship management skills, specifically in building consensus within stressful environments.
