Job Overview:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Resolve complex technical escalations involving equipment malfunction and on-wafer issues.
  • Provide on-site coaching and remote support to Field Service Operations (FSO) personnel.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and develop comprehensive action plans for critical malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with BU engineers to publish Technical Lessons Learned and troubleshooting guides.
  • Support NPI (New Product Introduction) development and early-stage product lifecycles.

Eligibility Criteria: Required Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree (or equivalent) in a technical field.
  • 4โ€“7 years of specialized Semiconductor Etch experience.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, VSPI, and ARK tools.

Eligibility Criteria: Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex, sensitive technical information.
  • Strong relationship management skills, specifically in building consensus within stressful environments.
  • Strategic awareness of market competition and key industry differentiators.
