Primary Responsibilities
- Steward the internal narrative, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
- Design and oversee the enterprise-wide communication ecosystem (Town Halls, Viva Engage, Digital Signage).
- Lead change management communications for culture, DE&I, and transformation initiatives.
- Utilize data, analytics, and AI tools to measure sentiment and optimize channel effectiveness.
Eligibility Criteria
To thrive in this role, you must bring extensive experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or organizational change within large, complex, global environments. A proven track record of influencing senior leadership teams is essential for success.
We are seeking candidates who possess a deep understanding of modern communication platforms, including intranet governance, video production, and digital collaboration tools. Strong strategic thinking, paired with a “hands-on” execution mindset, will allow you to deliver measurable impact across 120+ countries.
A degree in Communications, Business, or Organizational Psychology is preferred. Whether you are an expert in agency-side communications or a seasoned in-house director, your ability to simplify complexity into human-centric stories is what matters most.
