Primary Responsibilities
- Initiative Change Strategy: Formulate and execute structured, milestone-aligned communication and activation plans for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- Executive & Sponsor Alignment: Collaborate closely with steering committees, project leads, and executive sponsors to construct leadership talking points and messaging framework toolkits.
- Risk & Pattern Analysis: Proactively identify adoption friction, fatigue, or resistance across workstreams and provide data-backed insights to the Business Transformation Office (BTO) leadership.
- Standardization: Track performance engagement metrics to continually optimize and build reusable, scalable communication templates.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this impactful role, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree paired with a minimum of 5+ years of dedicated experience within professional communications, change management, or corporate transformation roles. Candidates who showcase background experience in the medical device or data-heavy health industries will be highly prioritized during the screening phase.
Because this position requires seamless integration into complex structured frameworks, familiarity with standard methodologies such as Kotter or Prosci is highly valued. Holding active professional certifications in Prosci or Kotter frameworks will give applicants a definitive competitive edge.
