Primary Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and manage daily purchase orders through our internal portal.
• Maintain product pricing, SKU updates, and promotional data for wholesale accounts.
• Collaborate with Buyers, Warehouse Operations, and Transportation teams to resolve order discrepancies.
• Analyze and distribute performance reports to help optimize supply chain efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria: Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a High School Diploma or GED. We are looking for individuals who possess strong computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Excel and Outlook. A high level of accuracy and the ability to verify large volumes of information is essential for this position.

Eligibility Criteria: Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, we prefer candidates who bring 1–2 years of experience in data entry, order entry, or administrative support. Having a background in the wholesale, grocery, or food distribution industry is a significant plus. Familiarity with ERP or specialized order management systems will also help you stand out.
