Primary Responsibilities:
- Entering data into systems and verifying accuracy.
- Maintaining electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
- Assisting as a receptionist and handling mail distribution.
- Operating standard office equipment and performing general administrative duties.
To qualify for this position, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. We are looking for candidates who have at least one year of experience in an office environment or similar clerical work. Additional business coursework at an accredited college is considered a plus. You should have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and be comfortable learning new software platforms as needed.
Essential skills for success in this role include the ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute (WPM) and a high level of proficiency in numerical computation. Candidates must be able to read and apply company policies and labor contracts, while maintaining clear and professional communication with both the general public and fellow employees.
