Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance the Colleague ERP and Student Information System ecosystem.
- Develop and support system integrations, APIs, and workflows to improve business processes.
- Manage SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects to support reporting.
- Utilize the Ellucian Ethos Integration Framework for API-based data exchange.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. You must bring a minimum of two (2) years of experience in enterprise application support, systems development, or database administration. Proficiency in SQL and relational databases is a core requirement, as is a demonstrated history of maintaining complex, database-driven systems.
Preferred qualifications include experience supporting reporting environments through data preparation, query development, or dataset design. Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and secure coding practices is highly advantageous. We are looking for an analytical thinker who is comfortable troubleshooting system-level issues and providing support to functional users across the college.
