Job Overview:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Proactively manage executive calendars, resolve conflicts, and protect focus time.
  • Operational Excellence: Own recurring workflows, coordinate meeting logistics, and drive follow-through on key action items.
  • Communication: Handle sensitive information with discretion and draft clear, professional correspondence.
  • Tooling & AI: Leverage modern technology and AI tools to streamline manual processes and enhance efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria: Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have 4+ years of experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced environment. You must have demonstrated ownership of calendar management and cross-functional coordination. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides) is essential, along with a track record of handling confidential information with absolute discretion.


Eligibility Criteria: Preferred Qualifications

We value candidates who are curious about new tools, especially AI, and have a proven ability to experiment with these technologies to improve workflows. Experience supporting multiple leaders simultaneously is a major plus. We are looking for individuals who can identify small process gaps and implement continuous improvements to reduce friction for the team.
