Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintaining, troubleshooting, and allocating IT infrastructure within Amazon facilities.

Eligibility Criteria (Required):
- 1+ years of experience in Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems support.
- Proven experience troubleshooting integrated, interdependent computer systems.

- Physical capability to lift up to 49 lbs, and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
