Job Overview:
- Role: Channel Account Specialist.
- Location: Bartlett, IL (On-Site).
- Focus: Managing 80 assigned channel accounts.
- Purpose: Ensuring accurate order fulfillment and fostering strong customer relationships.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Process sales and return orders with high attention to detail.
- Troubleshoot EDI, web portal, and manual order entries.
- Collaborate with Shipping and Supply teams to minimize delivery delays.
- Maintain accurate customer master data and documentation.
- Champion process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following Eligibility Criteria. You are required to have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment.
We highly prefer candidates who have experience working with Big Box retailers such as Home Depot, Menards, or Walmart, as well as those familiar with lumber yard customers. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is also considered a significant plus.
Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership competencies, the ability to take initiative, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Additionally, you should be comfortable performing basic math related to pricing, revenue, and margin calculations.
