Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end asset life-cycle, from forecasting and receiving to maintenance and recycling.
- Perform PC and mobile asset management using the ServiceNow module.
- Provide desk-side and remote technical support, including hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Configure Windows Auto Pilot, handle device imaging, and support AV meeting rooms.
- Maintain stock rooms and conduct physical asset audits with vendors.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and have strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Windows OS, iOS, and troubleshooting mobile and PC hardware is essential. We are looking for someone comfortable with technical training—a “train the trainer” mindset is highly valued. You should also be familiar with IT hardware and software asset management services to hit the ground running.
Preference will be given to candidates who are ITIL trained or certified. Additionally, holding a Dell Certified Technician or Apple Certified Technician credential will significantly strengthen your application. Your ability to communicate complex technical issues to end-users in a clear, professional manner is a key requirement for this position.
