Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support enterprise productivity platforms including Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) and SmartsheetGov.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across on-premise, AWS cloud, and SaaS environments.
  • Develop and maintain runbooks and documentation to ensure platform reliability.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and incident response efforts.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement automation and process improvements.

Eligibility Criteria (Required):

Candidates must hold a Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. You need at least 2+ years of experience in application support or systems engineering. Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools and scripting languages like Python, Groovy, or Bash is essential for success in this role.


Eligibility Criteria (Preferred):

Ideal candidates will have familiarity with requirements management platforms such as Jama Connect. Experience supporting controlled data environments (EAR, ITAR, CUI) and working within AWS GovCloud is highly preferred. Additionally, having experience with ScriptRunner and participating in on-call rotations will set your application apart.
