- Compensation: $127,000 – $153,000 per year + RSUs
Primary Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Serve as an operational hub for the Global Customer Solutions team, tracking programs and ensuring strategic initiatives remain on schedule.
- Executive Partnership: Manage complex calendars, travel, and communications for the SVP, acting with sound judgment and total discretion.
- AI Integration: Proactively implement AI tools and automation to streamline workflows, meeting summaries, and reporting processes.
- Program Coordination: Act as a coordination layer between the SVP and key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product.
Eligibility Criteria
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate a track record of supporting senior leadership in a dynamic, high-growth tech environment. We are looking for someone who treats coordination as a strategic function rather than an administrative task. You should be highly organized, capable of managing multiple competing priorities, and possess exceptional communication skills.
Candidates must be based in the PST or MST time zone to ensure alignment with the SVP’s schedule. While a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, we value relevant experience in project or program management. PMP certification is considered a plus.
