Job Overview:
- Role: Account Executive (Payment Solutions)
- Compensation: Uncapped commissions + residuals
- Structure: 100% commission-based, W2 status
- Location: 100% Remote (Field-based)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Proactively source leads through cold-calling, networking, and door-to-door prospecting.
- Educate business owners on cutting-edge payment processing solutions.
- Consultatively close deals to help local businesses streamline transactions.
- Maintain and grow a long-term portfolio of active accounts.
Eligibility Criteria:
To excel in this role, you should possess strong consultative selling skills and a “hunter” mentality. We prefer candidates with at least 2 years of B2B outside sales experience, particularly those with a background in merchant services or payment processing. You must be comfortable working autonomously, managing your own schedule, and navigating a fast-paced environment.
