Job Overview

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone and email regarding orders, product inquiries, and troubleshooting.
- Process parts identification and web order support (cancellations/returns).
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by actively listening and resolving issues.
- Adhere to company standard operating procedures and KPI goals.
