Primary Responsibilities

  • Concept and scale new travel experiences globally to drive payment volume and cross-border spend.
  • Develop marketing strategies and GTM approaches for new travel program offers.
  • Partner with Creative and Integrated Marketing teams to build brand preference and engagement.
  • Scale marketing frameworks from flagship cities to Tier-1/Tier-2 global markets.
  • Utilize Visaโ€™s flagship sponsorships (FIFA, F1, Olympics) to advance travel program priorities.

Eligibility Criteria

For this high-impact role, we require a robust background in marketing strategy and the travel industry. Candidates must possess 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelorโ€™s Degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree (MBA/JD/etc.). A PhD holder requires at least 3 years of experience.

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate an expert-level understanding of consumer travel trends and competitive dynamics. You should be comfortable leading marketing functions into new spaces and enabling regional teams to activate global programs effectively.

Your ability to analyze performance metrics in partnership with our Insights and Analytics team is critical. We prioritize leaders who can translate complex data into actionable marketing playbooks that deliver tangible business results.
