Primary Responsibilities
- Own Strategy: Formulate and execute the comprehensive internal communications strategy for the Policy organization, becoming a deeply embedded, trusted advisor to its leadership.
- Bridge the Mission: Translate complex, rapid policy decisions and regulatory environments into clear, compelling stories that connect directly to daily employee workflows and Anthropic’s mission as a Public Benefit Corporation.
- Boost Signal: Manage internal channels, design information frameworks that cut through noise, and flawlessly execute corporate forums such as all-hands meetings.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate closely with the broader internal communications network to maintain strict alignment and seamless information cascading across all global teams.
