Primary Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive oversight and management of an online relational agency-wide MIS database.
- Enter critical child and family records (including health, nutrition, attendance, and special needs) into the program tracking system.
- Reconcile data monthly with the Program Information Manager and generate regular compliance reports.
- Handle input and electronic transmission of billing reports to contractors within the public-school system.
- Ensure strict program compliance with HIPAA regulations, including site-level staff training.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED alongside a minimum of four years of demonstrated experience working with computers, which includes general office exposure. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and execute tasks under tight deadlines are essential.
While not strictly required, a preferred asset is a demonstrated proficiency in standard office suites including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Candidates should have a natural capability to learn department-specific software quickly and accurately.
Communication is key for this position. Applicants must have excellent written and oral communication skills, including proofreading and editing talents. You must also be capable of translating complex, technical subject matter to non-technical end-users clearly and patiently.
