Primary Responsibilities
- Inbound Call Triage: Respond to a high volume of appointment requests, electronic messages, and telephone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Complex Scheduling: Coordinate medical exams, procedures, and radiology tests directly from provider work queues, reminder cancellations, and wait lists.
- Patient Registration: Collect crucial patient demographic details and initiate accurate insurance registration prior to clinical appointments.
- Interdepartmental Messaging: Document clear messages regarding complex clinical questions and escalate them appropriately to technicians, nurses, and physicians.
- Patient Education: Inform patients about provider protocols, necessary pre-visit instructions, required medications, and referral documentation to bring along.
Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: A minimum of 2 years working in a medical office environment or a high-volume healthcare call center is required.
