Primary Responsibilities:
- Type shipping details accurately from paper or digital files directly into enterprise systems such as Oracle.
- Create Commercial Invoices and file official documents through the AES system for global orders efficiently.
- Manage filing tasks, locate “Proof of Delivery” documents, and draft clear, concise memos.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to effectively keep track of shipping tasks, daily assignments, and delivery schedules.
- Handle general invoicing and support various core shipping workflows using the company’s main software applications.
Eligibility Criteria (Required):
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience working directly with international shipments and global logistics.
- Solid understanding of international shipping protocols and how to properly file required regulatory paperwork.
- Proven ability to spot discrepancies quickly and maintain highly organized digital and physical files.
Eligibility Criteria (Preferred):
- Prior experience using Oracle enterprise software systems is considered a major plus.
- Basic operational skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
