Primary Responsibilities
- Customer Care: Handle inbound telephone calls, resolve general customer inquiries, and systematically process medication orders and reorders.
- Workflow Triaging: Efficiently manage and sort incoming facility faxes to ensure strict adherence to daily delivery cutoff windows.
- Professional Correspondence: Act as a central communication node by contacting patients, healthcare vendors, and health insurance providers.
- Account Coordination: Manage physical and electronic documentation alongside processing product returns for clear account maintenance.
Eligibility Criteria
