Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct specialized investigations surrounding foster care placements and institutional safety compliance metrics across Texas.
  • Review systemic child welfare procedures, placement issues, and critical facility oversight safety concerns.
  • Prepare detailed administrative findings, investigative summaries, and official evidentiary hearing documentation.
  • Represent the unit and advocate during formal administrative hearings and appellate proceedings.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with state child welfare agencies, licensing entities, and regional regulatory oversight bodies.

Comprehensive Eligibility Criteria

To be highly considered for this crucial oversight position, applicants must fulfill specific operational baselines. Candidates are required to possess a minimum of two (2) years of professional experience across fields like child welfare systems, corporate compliance, administrative law, or regulatory investigations.

Additionally, we require at least one (1) year of specialized administrative or investigative training, paired with a minimum of one (1) year of concrete advocacy, litigation, or administrative hearing experience. A deep, working knowledge of administrative legal procedures and child welfare frameworks is mandatory.

Preferred applicants will possess localized experience navigating Texas foster care platforms or residential facility oversight setups. Backgrounds explicitly tied to child protective services, child advocacy groups, or formal institutional compliance reporting will significantly accelerate your candidacy.
