Businesses ranging from emerging startups to massive enterprises utilize the Hoops SaaS platform to manage their entire lifecycleโincluding orders, sales, operations, artwork proofing, invoicing, and cross-team collaborationโall within a single, unified ecosystem. As our new Remote SDR, you will be positioned at the front line of our outbound pipeline generation, strategically connecting with prospective clients and setting up product demonstrations to show them a better, more integrated way to work.

Primary Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation: Proactively contact, engage, and convert prospective businesses into highly qualified sales opportunities using existing customer data.
- Outbound Prospecting: Hunt for and identify fresh companies that perfectly align with our ideal customer profile.
- High-Volume Outreach: Conduct cold calls, outbound telephone campaigns, and targeted follow-up emails daily.
- Relationship Building: Uncover core operational pain points with key decision-makers and convert those meaningful conversations into scheduled software demos.
- Target Driven: Consistently hit and exceed your weekly, monthly, and annual sales opportunity milestones.
Eligibility Criteria
To excel in this role, candidates should possess a baseline of 2+ years of professional experience in sales, business development, customer-facing, or high-communication roles. Prior experience operating as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) in a software environment is strongly preferred and will place your application at a distinct advantage.
