Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage fluid inbound and outbound communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat with members and healthcare providers.
  • Review active dental and vision products to accurately answer inquiries regarding policies, client accounts, policy additions, and transactional updates.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and client service complaints seamlessly, routing complex or escalated concerns safely to specialized departments.
  • Document every client interaction in the central CRM architecture to maintain pristine accounts, data transparency, and updated historical user notes.
  • Educate active members on how to maximize their strategic health plans, boosting long-term customer retention and establishing a foundation of trust.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this high-growth role, candidates must demonstrate 2+ years of consistent customer service or call center experience. While a college degree is preferred, it is not mandatory. What truly matters is an exceptional command of verbal and written communication, allowing you to explain insurance nuances clearly and compassionately.

Technically, you should be proficient across standard business applications, specifically MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and standard CRM tools. Because this is a high-volume support environment, you must possess the ability to multitask effectivelyโ€”simultaneously listening to clients, typing comprehensive notes, navigating multiple browser tabs, and maintaining full engagement.

Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish are highly encouraged to apply and will qualify for an additional hourly pay differential. You must also provide a quiet, professional remote workspace free from background noises to protect sensitive caller data.
