Primary Responsibilities

  • Act as the face and voice of the company, delivering concierge-level care to customers.
  • Provide interactive troubleshooting and solutions via chat, email, and MS Teams.
  • Multitask efficiently to set up and manage client production workflows during your first month.
  • Collaborate closely with back-office teams to smoothly handle complex service escalations.
  • Learn to navigate and manage diverse client platforms while earning industry-recognized certifications.

Eligibility Criteria

To excel as a Senior Customer Service Agent, candidates must meet specific baseline qualifications. You need 1+ years of support help desk knowledge along with functional customer support experience. Technical familiarity with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems is required, and crucially, applicants must have AZ DMV experience to align with specific client workflows.

Beyond the baseline, preferred candidates bring an expert-level approach to troubleshooting and active listening. Having hands-on expertise modifying technical support styles to fit diverse client backgrounds will make your application stand out.
