Primary Responsibilities:

  • Public Inquiry Support: Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails from the public.
  • Resource Utilization: Use a comprehensive knowledge base and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to accurately answer customer requests.
  • Documentation: Maintain precise records of all communications within the company database.

Eligibility Criteria:

To succeed in this role, candidates must be fully fluent in English and/or Spanish (both written and verbal). A high school diploma or a GED certificate is the minimum educational requirement. We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate the ability to follow complex policies, navigate content management systems, and maintain professional written and verbal communication.

Furthermore, applicants must be able to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance. This process includes a thorough background investigation and a credit check, reflecting our commitment to security and integrity in government support. Candidates should be reliable, possess strong time management skills, and maintain a keyboarding proficiency of at least 40 words per minute. Previous experience in an omnichannel call center environment is considered a significant plus.
