Primary Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately input patient and procedure data into practice management software.
- Coordination: Schedule appointments, diagnostic tests, and procedures while accommodating provider preferences.
- Compliance: Manage diagnostic and lab referrals, including accurate ICD-10 coding and diagnosis documentation.
- Logistics: Coordinate patient facility assignments based on insurance coverage and personal preference.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed notes to ensure seamless follow-up and communication across the team.
To be successful in this role, you must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent. While not strictly required, candidates with medical office experience will be given preference.
