Job Overview:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Submit and track referrals and prior authorizations.
- Work directly with Anthem, Health Net, and other insurance providers.
- Process and reconcile medical claims billing.
- Build and maintain reports accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate professionally with MCPs, providers, and insurance representatives.
- Maintain organized documentation and patient records.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates should possess a strong foundation in administrative operations. We prefer individuals with previous experience in medical billing, referrals, and authorizations. A working knowledge of Anthem and Health Net insurance processes is highly advantageous, as it will allow you to hit the ground running with our existing patient base.
Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for candidates with strong computer and typing skills. You must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. If you have the drive to succeed but lack specific medical billing experience, we are happy to offer communication and typing training to the right candidate.
