Primary Responsibilities:
- Patient Experience & Onboarding: Act as the primary, elite point of contact for new patients, establishing high trust from the very first interaction.
- Pipeline & Schedule Management: Coordinate, qualify, and seamlessly schedule incoming patient inquiries.
- Relationship Nurturing: Follow up with warm leads and existing patients to answer non-clinical questions.
- Administrative Coordination: Keep accurate records and collaborate with leadership to optimize intake workflows.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Required Experience: 2+ years in luxury hospitality, premium medical aesthetics, wellness, or high-end consultative client coordination.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
