Primary Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update patient, insurance, and billing information into EMR systems.
- Verify data integrity and completeness while ensuring strict HIPAA compliance.
- Monitor system reporting and escalate workflow issues to maintain efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be considered for this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. We require a minimum of 2 years of healthcare-related data entry experience and a typing speed of at least 50 WPM with high accuracy. Candidates should also be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and various database systems.
We prioritize candidates who have previous experience in home health settings and familiarity with EMR/EHR software. If you have a background in database management or ERP systems, you will be highly competitive for this position.
