Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage remote front desk duties, including handling multi-line phone systems.
- Oversee calendar management and scheduling via Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Perform data entry, bookkeeping, and financial record keeping using QuickBooks.
- Coordinate digital records, document proofreading, and office policies.
- Provide top-tier customer support through phone, email, and live chat.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Required Skills: You must possess strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Candidates should have a proven ability to manage multi-line phone systems with professional etiquette and maintain excellent data entry accuracy.
- Preferred Qualifications: While not mandatory, experience in remote office management or administrative support is highly preferred. Additionally, bilingual abilities are considered a major plus to support our diverse clientele, and previous experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
