Primary Responsibilities
- Patient & Client Care: Manage intake, appointment scheduling, reminders, and front-desk communications in both English and Spanish.
- Insurance & Billing Support: Coordinate pre-authorizations, insurance verification, and follow up on claims.
- Telehealth & Administrative Support: Utilize telehealth platforms, organize electronic patient records, and assist with session logistics.
- Outreach Initiatives: Lead proactive outreach efforts by connecting with preschools, pediatricians, neurologists, and local healthcare providers.
Eligibility Criteria
To succeed in this role, applicants must meet essential language, background, and technical qualifications:
- Required Qualifications: Full fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written); strong interpersonal skills; ability to clear NBI or Local Police Clearance background checks; availability for video meetings with camera on.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a healthcare or ABA therapy setting; familiarity with Google Workspace, CentralReach, and social media management; understanding of HIPAA standards.
- Technical Setup: High-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps), reliable computer, noise-canceling headset, webcam, and a quiet, professional home workspace.
