- Pay Range: $77,000 – $87,000 a year + 5% target bonus
Primary Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Provide high-level organizational support to senior consultants across all phases of client engagements and leadership advisory solutions.
- Calendar Management: Oversee complex schedules, align competing priorities, and manage travel logistics for executive stakeholders.
- Communication & Collaboration: Deliver exceptional client experiences and maintain professional correspondence with CEOs, boards of directors, and C-suite members.
- Document & Data Management: Create, proofread, and edit proposals, engagement contracts, and reports in alignment with firm brand standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess a strong foundation in professional business operations. While a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, having 10+ years of experience in professional service organizations or serving as a senior-level executive assistant is highly valued. Essential competencies include strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com or diagramming software is considered a great plus. Preferred candidates will also demonstrate an adaptive, committed, and collaborative work ethic while maintaining confidentiality and executing tasks independently under pressure.
