Primary Responsibilities

  • Input sensitive doctor prescription details via accurate Data Entry methods to systematically arrange and track laboratory cases.
  • Execute essential case scheduling routines via dedicated Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) platforms.
  • Manage high-volume billing and invoicing adjustments for final dental restoration packages.
  • Coordinate outgoing client confirmation calls and respond politely to inbound practitioner requests.
  • Handle initial unpacking, sanitization protocols, and final quality checks for local delivery couriers or FedEx/UPS shipping networks.

Eligibility Criteria

To excel in this administrative support role, candidates must possess excellent computer skills alongside strong manual dexterity for document handling. The laboratory atmosphere requires professionals who can multi-task under structured timelines while maintaining strict phone etiquette. Superior verbal communication and fluent English literacy are required to confidently process custom medical manufacturing instructions daily.

While a High School diploma or equivalent is preferred, demonstrated relevant administrative background will gladly be evaluated in place of formal education. Having previous exposure to general billing structures, specialized dental terminology, or professional dental practice settings will give applicants a major advantage. Familiarity with standard Microsoft Office workflows is required for day-to-day operations.

The lab workflow blends quiet database entry with physical coordination, which includes regular bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 20 pounds of medical transit parcels. Team members wear required personal protective gear while applying disinfectant chemical processes to inbound workflow.
