Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional deskside and remote technical support to Gecko employees worldwide.
- Proactively own, track, and resolve IT requests and incident tickets using Jira.
- Manage the complete employee onboarding and offboarding lifecycle, including account administration and hardware asset management.
- Maintain office AV systems, conference room technologies, and core software infrastructure like Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Design, build, and document seamless automated workflows to optimize internal business processes.
Eligibility Criteria
To excel in this role, candidates must meet several key technical and professional benchmarks. You need at least 4 years of experience in an IT help desk or deskside support capacity with a history of increasing responsibility. Exceptional cross-platform expertise in Windows and Mac OS environments is strictly required, alongside a foundational understanding of modern audio-visual setups.
Beyond core technical skills, Gecko Robotics values professionals who exhibit a deep sense of ownership and accountability. You must possess a proactive, solution-oriented mindset that allows you to see complex technical issues through to absolute resolution. Experience navigating platforms like Okta (including Okta Workflows), JAMF, Microsoft InTune, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Cisco Meraki will give your application a distinct competitive advantage.
