Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt support for software applications and hardware via telephone and email.
- Track and document all user inquiries accurately within the internal tracking system.
- Research complex technical issues and contribute to our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify process improvements.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
Eligibility Criteria:
To thrive in this role, we look for candidates with a solid foundation in IT and a commitment to service excellence. We require a strong understanding of network and PC operating systems, including Microsoft Windows and Office. Experience with remote computing, Citrix, and virtual meeting software (Teams, Zoom) is essential.
You must be exceptionally self-motivated and able to communicate complex technical concepts in user-friendly language. Knowledge of data privacy laws and experience in a professional or legal setting are highly valued.
