Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond to member phone calls, emails, and voicemails regarding general mortgage servicing inquiries.
- Assist internal teams with mortgage documentation processing, payment updates, and regular account maintenance.
- Maintain organized, accurate records of all member communications and actions within internal tracking systems.
- Pivot efficiently between multiple tasks and support various departmental projects as operational needs shift.
To qualify for this entry-level role, candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED. While 0–2 years of experience in an office environment or customer service setting is preferred, it is not strictly required. We are fully prepared to train individuals who showcase the right attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
Additionally, basic knowledge of mortgage documents or prior experience in a financial environment is a major plus. You should be proficient with standard Microsoft Office applications—specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a deep respect for managing confidential information with maximum professionalism, are vital for success.
