Primary Responsibilities:
- Personal & Household Management: Coordinate daily logistics, vendors, and errands.
- Financial & Administrative: Maintain property records, track expenses, and manage recurring bills.
- Travel Coordination: Handle end-to-end domestic and international travel planning.
- Executive Support: Manage email communications and act as a strategic gatekeeper.
- Scheduling: Oversee complex calendars and anticipate scheduling conflicts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Required: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Life Manager. You must possess a proactive mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion.
- Required: Reliable transportation and local residency near Washington, DC, to facilitate the hybrid work requirement.
- Preferred: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets) and Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with task management tools like Notion, Asana, or Monday.com, and basic AI tools like ChatGPT, is a major plus.
