Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of the Application Portfolio Management (APM) system of record.
- Review application entries to ensure alignment with enterprise taxonomy and technical standards.
- Monitor records to identify and resolve duplicates, incompleteness, or inconsistencies.
- Act as the primary liaison between Application Owners, Technology Owners, and internal governance stakeholders.
- Generate detailed reports and dashboards to track data quality and ensure compliance with Technology Asset Management (TAM) standards.
Eligibility Criteria
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor of Computer Science degree and demonstrate a strong foundation in technical governance. We are looking for individuals who bring a proactive mindset to data management and have the analytical skills necessary to resolve complex data discrepancies.
Candidates should have at least 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically within Application Portfolio Management. A deep understanding of the CSDM (Common Service Data Model) framework is essential, as is a background in IT Governance, risk management, and audit processes.
