Job Overview
- Role: Executive Assistant to the CEO & CFO
- Status: Part-time
- Location: Remote (Los Angeles, CA based)
- Compensation: $38 – $51 per hour
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage complex scheduling for the CEO and CFO, including Board and investor meetings.
- Maintain responsive, real-time communication during core hours (9:00 a.m. โ 1:00 p.m. PT).
- Organize executive inboxes, prioritize messages, and track essential follow-ups.
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
- Prepare briefing materials, board agendas, and expense reports.
Eligibility Criteria: Experience & Skills
To be successful in this role, you must bring at least 3+ years of experience specifically supporting senior executives, such as a CEO, CFO, or Founder. Your background should demonstrate a history of managing executive-level calendars, travel coordination, and high-volume email inboxes with efficiency and grace.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for interaction with Board members and investors.
- Advanced proficiency in administrative software and executive support tools.
- A high degree of professional discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive, confidential data.
Preferred Qualities
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a “no job is too small” attitude.
- Previous experience in a medical device or health-tech startup environment is a plus.
- Ability to anticipate executive needs before they are explicitly requested.
