Responsibility:
- Review transactions and verify or enter required data fields based on document images and client requirements.
- Correct OCR-extracted information by validating against remittance documents and updating fields as needed.
- Key invoice and payment details from standard source documents using defined hierarchies.
- Key coupon scanlines and payment amounts when required, following validation prompts and standards.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess the following required skills and qualifications:
- Proven ability to confirm and correct data presented for capture to align with information on source documents.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain an efficient rate of productivity alongside a high rate of accuracy.
- Proficient alphanumeric data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
Preferred qualifications include prior experience in remittance processing or banking operations. Candidates should also be comfortable meeting strict deadlines and supporting peak processing volumes while working collaboratively in a diverse team environment. A government security clearance may be required, involving fingerprinting, credit checks, employment history, and tax filing history.
