- Role: Application Builder, Ring Software Product Builders
- Location: North Reading, MA
- Compensation: $143,700 – $194,400 annually
- Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibility:
As a key member of our agile product team, you will design and build features that integrate seamlessly with our devices. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and improving mobile application architecture.
- Utilizing XCode, Swift, and AI-powered tools to solve complex engineering problems.
- Ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness of the Ring app.
- Collaborating across functions to deliver extensible, maintainable code.
Eligibility Criteria
To succeed in this role, you must meet the following Eligibility Criteria:
- Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience in professional, non-internship software development.
- Apple Platform Expertise: 3+ years of experience in Apple platform development.
- Architectural Skills: 3+ years of non-internship experience in design or architecture (reliability, scaling, and design patterns).
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, experience with the full software development life cycle (SDLC), and familiarity with REST API-based services, Linux, and networking protocols.
