Primary Responsibilities
- Run inbound leads from our website, podcast, and referral network.
- Build strategic B2B2C outbound channels to adult children of Utah residents aged 65+.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: discovery calls, custom proposals, contracts, and follow-through to deposit.
- Hand off signed deals seamlessly to our high-end production crew.
- Provide clear, weekly numbers and sales reports directly to leadership.
Eligibility Criteria
To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience selling high-ticket services with an average deal size of $5,000+. We require a proven track record of strong closing rates—you should be ready to showcase your past data and success metrics. Comfort operating smoothly over Zoom and phone while managing a flexible, independent remote schedule is non-negotiable.
Because we sell high-end legacy video packages ranging from $7,500 to $40,000, mission alignment is everything. This is heart work; you must be genuinely passionate about helping families capture meaning. Having an existing network in Utah or professional experience in estate planning, financial advisory, or the funeral industry is a massive bonus.
Our team operates on absolute trust, flexibility, and performance. You set your own hours and manage your calendar, though hitting meaningful targets typically requires 20 to 40 hours per week. A 90-day proving period ensures a mutual fit for long-term growth and success.
