Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage patient check-in, registration, and clinic flow.
- Verify insurance, collect documentation, and manage copays.
- Coordinate follow-up appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
- Facilitate seamless communication between patients and clinical staff.
To be successful in this role, you must possess at least 1+ year of experience in a medical office, healthcare reception, or patient registration role. Candidates should have a solid working knowledge of HIPAA compliance, patient confidentiality, and medical office workflows.
Furthermore, we require strong computer skills with the ability to learn EHR/EMR systems quickly. You must demonstrate excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, along with a high level of attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred candidates will have experience in a multispecialty medical practice, particularly in orthopedics, pain management, or neurology. If you are bilingual (English/Spanish) and have experience discussing financial responsibilities with patients, we highly encourage you to apply.
