- Shift & Schedule: Monday to Friday + every other Saturday (6.5 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM ET)
- Compensation: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate Care: Schedule patient sessions and provide timely reminders to ensure maximum program participation.
- Patient Retention: Proactively outreach patients at risk for churn and help identify custom engagement strategies throughout their journey.
- Tech Support: Educate patients on using the Aviary Health app and troubleshoot technical issues on personal or company-issued Apple and Android devices during Zoom sessions.
- Team Collaboration: Handle assigned task tickets with precision and communicate any scheduling delays or changes seamlessly with providers and the care team.
Eligibility Criteria
To excel in this role, candidates should possess 1 to 3 years of customer support experience, ideally combined with a strong tech support background. A preferred qualification of 1+ years of healthcare experience or previous familiarity with patient scheduling and retention strategies will make your application stand out. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are absolutely essential for daily patient interactions via chat, email, video, and phone.
An ideal applicant demonstrates excellent attention to detail and strong time-management skills to prioritize workflows effectively. Because this is a 1099 contractor position, you must have a dedicated, quiet workspace with consistent high-speed internet. Additionally, a reliable computer, a headset, and a personal cell phone line capable of running a provided VOIP application are required to successfully execute daily operations.
