Job Description
We are urgently seeking a dynamic Marketing & Sales Executive based in Pune to drive business growth in water treatment, waste management, and building systems. The role involves proactive lead generation, client relationship building, and closing sales for products like RO plants, STPs, ETPs, garbage chutes, composters, firefighting systems, and allied building materials. You will engage with architects, consultants, builders, and PMCs to expand our market presence and achieve sales targets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Visiting architects, MEP consultants, builders, PMCs, and project sites for lead generation.
• Updating and managing the prospective client database regularly.
• Supporting the preparation of business proposals and technical-commercial offers.
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
• Arranging meetings for senior management with key prospects.
• Following up on submitted offers and negotiating to close orders.
• Attending technical and commercial meetings to secure projects.
• Coordinating internally for timely order execution and project handover.
• Performing any other sales-related activities to meet business objectives.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a self-driven professional with a technical or marketing background, strong networking skills, and experience in B2B sales within the water treatment or building materials sector. You must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, and be comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings.
We require the following qualifications and skills:
• B.Com, BBA, MBA in Marketing, or BE/Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical/Civil.
• 2–5 years of sales experience in water treatment plants (RO, DM, STP, ETP), waste management systems, firefighting, or allied building products.
• Male candidate with own two-wheeler and valid permanent driving license.
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
