Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Retention Marketing Executive to join our team in Malad West. In this role, you will focus on developing and executing customer retention and lifecycle marketing strategies. You will be responsible for managing CRM-driven campaigns, analyzing customer data, and working cross-functionally to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value. This full-time position is ideal for a data-savvy marketer with 1–3 years of experience in retention or lifecycle marketing.
Your core responsibilities will involve designing and optimizing personalized customer communication across multiple channels. Key duties include:
• Developing, executing, and optimizing retention campaigns via email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Segmenting customers based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and preferences for targeted communication.
• Monitoring key metrics such as churn rate, repeat purchase rate, customer lifetime value (CLV), and engagement.
• Analyzing campaign performance and generating insights to improve retention strategies.
• Collaborating with acquisition, product, and support teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Designing and testing loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and reactivation initiatives.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer retention funnels, hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. You should be detail-oriented, a strong collaborator, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Must-have qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM marketing.
• Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation tools for email, SMS, and push campaigns.
• Good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to write or coordinate engaging marketing copy.
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination and communication skills.
